A woman's life spirals when her father's dementia makes him a prime suspect in a murder — and the villagers believe he's possessed by a malevolent ghost.
Wan gets a call from her mother, begging her to check on her father. Meanwhile, newly transferred cop Pete searches for a missing teen near the forest.
The siblings and police desperately search the forest for the missing child — but Narong finds him first. Pete stumbles upon something he didn't expect.
While Narong is held for questioning, Pete unearths a case that seems eerily similar to the recent death. Shaman Sak arrives to perform an exorcism.
Narong's situation takes a devastating toll on Wan's family and career. Denied a warrant, Pete asks her to do something that could cost them both.
Another brutal death in the village throws Pete's case off track. Narong leads Wan into the forest, where they watch the past go up in flames.
The police unearth incriminating evidence from the ashes of the cabin. Wan tries to flee, but becomes entangled in her family's darkest secret yet.
