Three larger-than-life lads who love to party, join an ancient monastic brotherhood dedicated to a life of simplicity and service to others. For the next week, these young hedonists will swap late nights and loose living for a rigid routine of silence, prayer and hard work as they take their 'Holy Orders' for a week with a nine-strong religious order in a rambling old Priory in Oxfordshire. It'll be a dramatic change. As resident Father Luke reveals ‘Being a Friar is a 24-hours, seven-days-a-week life. You don't clock in and clock out'.

Three pampered young Brits used to very comfortable lives, bunk down with the cowboys at a Wild West ranch, where hard graft, grit and teamwork are the difference between life and death. Within a week they'll be expected to drive hundreds of cattle across the plains on horseback - but first they'll have to get to grips with the brutal reality of life as a Wyoming cattle hand.For the next week, this cosseted trio work as ranch hands alongside a three-generation family of cowboys who run the TA Ranch in Buffalo, Wyoming. Expected to stick to the core cowboy values of hard graft, resilience and teamwork, in one of the toughest places on earth, it's going to be a rude awakening. As cowgirl Kaitlin, who runs the ranch, reveals ‘Number one rule is expect to be uncomfortable. I just don't want to hear how uncomfortable you are, I just need to see you work'.
