Forced to return to Urfa, Serhat finds himself in the middle of the past he has been running from for years, living in the shadow of two rival families. Pushed to accept the values he once rejected and transform from a career-driven surgeon to agha, Serhat faces a difficult choice, which is only exacerbated when his family asks that he marry Yıldız to end the feud completely. With Melek's arrival, the balance of power in the mansion is completely upset.
