Upon meeting Téo, a shy and intriguing student, Clarice kisses him to make her boyfriend jealous. But the chance encounter soon turns into an obsession for him.
Téo does everything he can to keep Clarice under his influence, but the girl's prolonged and poorly explained disappearance begins to raise suspicions in her boyfriend.
As he struggles to deal with growing suspicions about Clarice's whereabouts, Téo decides to propose a pact to the girl.
When Téo's version of the kidnapping begins to stick, the discovery of a violent event hidden in the boy's past seems to change the game.
The investigation draws closer, and Téo prepares to leave Teresópolis. Laura makes an important discovery about her friend's tormentor, and Clarice faces even more difficult times.
On Christmas Eve, the siege against Téo tightens and the boy's forced attempt to celebrate the date with Clarice doesn't seem to go as he expected.
Clarice falls ill, forcing Téo to end his trip. After a serious accident, Helena and Patrícia try to protect their children while Clarice struggles to recover what she lost.
While Téo spares no effort to erase the traces of his crimes, the sudden return of Clarice's memories heralds a new moment: the time for revenge has arrived.
