While Barrera carries out his vile plan, Arturo is consumed by jealousy and Clemente embarks on a tireless search for his son.

While Arturo arrives at Zubieta's ranch in search of Barrera, Griselda tries to convince Alicia to escape from the ranch.

Arturo discovers that Alicia and Griselda have left with Barrera. Zubieta then suffers a fatal fate, and Barrera loses his right-hand man.

While Arturo travels through Vichada, a region marked by exploitation, Barrera hatches a cruel plan for Alicia and Griselda.

After learning of Griselda's betrayal, Alicia defends herself against abuse and is separated from her. Meanwhile, Arturo plans his next escape.

Upon meeting La Turca, Arturo seems to become her lover. Shortly after, the tragic fate of Clemente's son comes to light.

Upon reuniting with Griselda, Arturo hatches a plan to take revenge on Barrera and protect Alicia, who is about to give birth.
