The series follows the strange events surrounding Kaizo Katsu, an eccentric student with a unique perspective on the world around him. He was once a child prodigy, but at the age of 7, his childhood friend Umi Natori kicked him out of the jungle gym and he suffered a head injury that changed his personality. He acquired a huge interest in various strange things such as UFOs and ghosts.
