May 2017. The body of a man is found burned inside a car in the Foix reservoir, in Barcelona. It's Pedro, a police officer. The event quickly arouses the interest of public opinion, and more so as the investigation reveals a network of toxic relationships, deceit, violence and sexual scandals involving Pedro and two of his police colleagues: his partner Rosa and her ex-boyfriend Albert.
Along with a bitter legal fight over her child's custody, Rosa Peral receives unsettling news when her boyfriend's remains are found in a burnt-out car.
As the investigation moves forward, Rosa insists on the culpability of her former husband, Javi. Glimpses of her past start taking a disturbing shape.
Rosa downplays her bond with Albert to the police, but a violent incident from the past hints a complex and obscure connection between them.
