Following a shootout between drug traffickers and police officers, the elite team of young cops led by Saïd finds themselves at the heart of a vast investigation that turns out to be far more complex than expected. While the group tries by all means to bring down one of Europe's biggest traffickers, a mysterious gang of lawless robbers stands in their way...
While Saïd's group is in the middle of recruiting, they are urgently called back to Versailles: two narcotics officers have been targeted. Ferracci, convinced that the narcotics squad isn't sharing information, puts pressure on the team to find the dealers who shot the police officers.
The BRI is trying to identify the drug dealer who was robbed. Socrates approaches Inès, the superior officer of the two police officers who were shot. She eventually gives up the dealer's name: La Mangouste (The Mongoose). Vanessa, Badri, Julien, and Jill travel to Spain to try and find him.
The gang of drug dealers who kidnapped Mongoose contacts his wife Sadia and demands a ransom. The BRI then activates the kidnapping protocol, but Sadia doesn't tell them everything.
Acting on a tip from Inès, the BRI begins tailing a drug convoy led by Nina Perez. The truck is ambushed by robbers who open fire. Facing a highly trained team, the BRI finds itself in serious trouble.
After a violent shootout, the team is in shock. Meanwhile, Saïd is unreachable. Vanessa takes charge of the group. Inès, under pressure, confides in Socrate: Vingre suspects her of playing a double game.
Left without resources, the group follows a lead Saïd had given before his disappearance. But the robbers are still one step ahead and set an ambush for the BRI. Vingre discovers that Inès has given information to the BRI.
Saïd is back. Battered but safe, he resumes the investigation. The team is getting closer and closer to the robbers: the BRI discovers that a huge drug shipment is arriving in Le Havre. They know the robbers will be involved too.
Working with the BRI PP unit, Saïd's team prepares to intervene as the robbers disembark on the cargo ship. Meanwhile, Socrate and Ferracci are on Vingre's trail.
