Hidden Love is about a group of university students who were quarantined in a dorm together for 14 days during the covid-19 breakout. They were forced to get close by chance and got involved in the mystery of a love tragedy that took place 10 years ago. The closer they got to the root the more was their love blooming, but the danger is also lurking everywhere.
When the student dormitory goes on lockdown due to Covid, Kim sees an opportunity to get close to Tha who he has secretly admired for years. Met offers her assistance in devising a plan to get Tha to spend time with Kim.
Kim blackmails Tha with an embarrassing video clip, threatening to release it unless he meets his conditions. Win and Wit struggle as new roommate constantly fighting, but their seniors have some ideas on how to make them bond.
The spirit of Wit possesses Tha after he eats the noodles made as an offering. However, Win emerges as a guardian and protector to Tha who is now encountering wandering spirits.
After Tha calls on his guardian angel, Win, for help Win is suddenly able to materialize as a human which he cannot explain. Kim thinks of a plan to help Met earn more money during lockdown.
In a flashback to the past, Win and Wit navigate their punishment of being handcuffed to each other. As time goes on, the two begin to argue less and build a strong connection.
The residents of the quarantined dorm celebrate Songkran together and enjoy an impromptu concert.
Tha begins to realize who his angel really is. Wit struggles after the passing of Win and tensions arise in his family as a result.
A mysterious figure abducts Kim. Met finds a clue to help her investigate Shaan.
Win is hurt my Met's attempts to investigate him. Auntie Ann reveals the truth behind the rumors of Win and Wit.
The reappearance of Kaew in the dorm leads to Win revealing more of what happened in the past.
