Deadliest Catch: Bloodline — Season 2

With their Hawaiian fishing business on the brink of ruin, Josh follows a clue from his brother, Jake, tracing their father's footsteps to a whole new market. As Josh and Casey return to Kona, there's precious little time to deliver on promises.

When Johnathan Hillstrand makes a surprise visit, Josh, Casey and Jeff devise a plan to overcome a shutdown market -- if only they can find a plane to Vegas. True to legend, John has yet to encounter a problem he can't fish -- or shoot -- his way out of.

After breaking into a new market for their catch, Josh, Casey, Jeff and John follow Phil's charts to the east side of the Big Island where they quickly discover that big fish come at the cost of bigger waves, volcanoes and sometimes even teeth.

As a powerful hurricane rocks the grounds, Jeff's new fishing tactic leads the crew into shark-infested waters. When Johnathan reaches out to an old friend for help, Josh discovers a new lead in the mystery of his father's time in Hawaii decades ago.

When the team realizes they can't hit their delivery deadline on their own, Casey and Jeff convince their dads to come aboard while John helps Josh battle a record Marlin. But when Josh makes a critical trip stateside, he risks catching more than fish.

As Josh delivers the team's first fishing milestone, an unexpected turn lands him on the no-fly list back to Hawaii. Taking the reins from Seattle, Josh sends Casey and Jeff on a dangerous channel crossing to hunt for Hawaii's "Deep Seven" in Oahu.

When sharks take a bite out of their catch, Casey and Jeff must adapt their fishing strategy to outsmart Oahu's apex predators. As Josh returns to help, a visit with an old friend of his father's inspires a bold idea to bring the Cornelia Marie to Hawaii.

Josh Harris gambles big on bringing the Cornelia Marie to Hawaii, hoping a trip to a legendary offshore fishing spot can save their season. But with a bigger boat comes bigger risks that threaten to shut down their entire business.

With the Cornelia Marie as their mothership, Josh, Casey and Jeff cast lines into Hawaii's most productive offshore fishing spot. When ocean currents dash hopes of a quick bounty, they must apply lessons from the Bering Sea to land the elusive ahi horde.

In the season 2 finale, thousands of pounds short of their promised catch, Josh, Casey and Jeff steer the Cornelia Marie toward Kona, banking that the family they've built in Hawaii can help turn the tide to fulfilling the dream Phil Harris left behind.
