Where aspiring competitors from across the country show off their skills to prove why they deserve to compete for the grand prize.
Host Jonathan Bennett welcomes the first four teams of talented cake, sugar and pumpkin artists and challenges them to create a scene depicting their favorite monsters when they were in school. To up the stakes, teams must have at least two characters on their board and use a classic school snack in their tasting element. Judges Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira decide which three teams move on and which team is eliminated.
