Saturday Mash-Up Live! — Season 9

New Strictly stars Lawrence Robb and Dame Sarah Storey spill some secrets from the dance floor, while football freestylers Ben and Luke Nuttall try to avoid a sliming! 

Joe and Shereen welcome a host of guests for a morning of live entertainment. Strictly pro dancers Neil and Lethabo have a big announcement, Kidz Bop perform Lush Life and Kia Pegg is out and about for a surprise sliming. There's cartoon fun from Duck & Frog and SpongeBob Squarepants, plus messy games including Stop the Slop. Stanley travels back in time and there's another trip to the Mash-Up Mart! Saturday Mash-Up is totally live... so anything can happen! 

Joe and Shereen are joined live in the studio by stars of The Next Step: Cheer, Lauren Oakley shares the gossip on the Strictly launch show, and Joe and Shereen play hide and seek with CBBC stars. 

Stars of Britain's Got Talent 2026 show off their skills, and SB737 reviews the latest gaming releases. Greg James and Chris Smith play Famous Last Words, and Joe and Shereen pull a prank on Kia Pegg! 

The cast of Horrible Science and musical theatre star Hannah Lowther are in the studio, there is cartoon fun with Duck and Frog, and Stanley visits a safari park... kind of! 

Joe and Shereen welcome the Stage Stars students into the studio for a morning of Mash-Up fun, there's a musical Joe v Shereen challenge, and don't miss a new Strictly Pro Dance Off!
