Here is your host, Patrick Kielty! This Friday night Eurovision royalty Linda Martin, Niamh Kavanagh and Eimear Quinn will come together for the first time to perform on The Late Late Show Eurosong Special. This Eurovision Holy Trinity will perform Loreen's Tattoo, hoping their rendition of Sweden's winning song in 2023 will channel winner's energy. Joining Patrick will be the act that gave Ireland its highest-ranking position at Eurovision since 2000, Bambie Thug. Bambie will give their feedback on the six acts hoping to take Ireland to the Eurovision Song Contest Final in Basel, Switzerland this May. Joining Bambie on the panel will be Donal Skehan, a former Eurosong contestant in 2008. Donal, a self-confessed fan, will be ‘double crossing his heart' that one of our six finalists will get out of the semi-final and make it Ireland's eighth win. RTÉ 2FM's Laura Fox will be sharing her opinions on each performance as they happen on the night. Dancing with the Stars judge Arthur Gourounlian takes up the fourth spot on the feedback panel. From the glittering dancefloor to the Late Late Show Eurosong stage, will Arthur be saying ‘j'adore' to all six performances? Ireland's chances of victory at Eurovision 2025 will take centre stage tonight on the Late Late Show Eurosong Special, where Ireland's six hopefuls will battle it out to represent in Basel, Switzerland in May at the 69th Eurovision Song Contest. Viewers at home will have the opportunity to cast their vote for their favourite song and help decide who will represent Ireland at this year's Eurovision Song Contest. The winner of tonight's Eurosong will then perform at the Eurovision Song Contest, in front of an audience of over 160 million people worldwide.  The winner will be chosen by a combination of a National Jury, an International Jury, and the Public Vote.   The Eurosong competing acts are: Bobbi Arlo performing PowerplayReylta performing FireAdgy performing Run into the NightEMMY performing (Laika Party)Samantha Mumba performing My WayNIYL performing Growth Each artist will perform their song live on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player tonight, all selected from hundreds of entries received by RTÉ following a callout for submissions last year. Last autumn, RTÉ issued a callout for artists and songwriters with the talent and ambition to compete and succeed in this highly competitive environment.The 69th Eurovision Song Contest 2025 will be held in St. Jakobshalle, Basel, Switzerland after Nemo took home the trophy for Switzerland in 2024. The Eurovision Semi-Finals will take place on Tuesday 13 and Thursday 15 May with the Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final taking place on Saturday 17 May. Tonight's chosen Eurosong winner will go on to represent Ireland at the second semi-final on Thursday 15 May.

Emma is Ireland's longest-surviving person battling the most severe type of agonising skin condition, epidermolysis bullosa (EB) also known as Butterfly Skin. In 2020, when their daughter Saoirse was eight years old she appeared on The Late Late Toy Show and became the inspiration behind the RTÉ Toy Show Appeal, winning the hearts of the nation on the night. Saoirse passed away at the age of 12 in March of this year after a long battle with a rare form of cancer. Tommy Bowe will be chatting about the launch of his brand-new skincare line Flow by Bowe, catching up with his former coach Joe Schmidt and looking ahead to Ireland v Australia this Saturday. He'll also be reflecting on getting his start in rugby and life after professional sport. Celebrating four decades of music, Galway singer Mary Coughlan will be in studio performing her hit ‘I'd Rather Go Blind' ahead of the Irish conclusion of her 40th Anniversary Tour next month.

Putting them through their paces, the newest judge to the panel, Karen Byrne will also join Patrick. Two-time winner across seven seasons, Karen knows what it takes to win and she will be sharing her experiences from the cha cha to the rumba for the class of 2025. Commandant Jane O'Neill and Private Adam Higgins recently returned from South Lebanon, where they were deployed as part of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). They join Patrick to share what life was like in Camp Shamrock and how it feels to be home for Christmas.  Actor, writer and director Rupert Everett will be chatting to Patrick about spending time in Ireland, his new book The American No, his recent guest appearance in the Netflix hit Emily in Paris and his plans for Christmas. Irish athlete Ciara Mageean will be chatting about a year that saw her win gold at the European Championships, the injury laid waste to her Olympic dream and why she isn't giving up that dream just yet. The County Down native will share her journey of recovery with Patrick and will also be looking ahead to the GOAL Mile, for which she is an ambassador. Two of Ireland's best-known singers, Nathan Carter and Una Healy have joined forces for the first time to record a Christmas classic in aid of Barnardos. They'll join Patrick for a chat and will perform ‘Mistletoe and Wine' in studio with the children's choir from Corville National School in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary.

Here is your host, Patrick Kielty! Friday night's The Late Late Show will kick off the return of the season showcasing the best of our established and emerging musical talents celebrating this year's TradFest with folk singer songwriter Aoife Scott, musician Wallis Bird, singer songwriter Mike Hanrahan and sean-nós singer Seán Keane. In what has become a Late Late Show favourite, joining the Friday night TradFest party will be Mundy, Laois folk artist Molly Donnery, Cavan Gaeilgeoir Sinéad McKenna and Guadeloupean singer songwriter Ines Khai. Uilleann piper Louise Mulcahy, who made Fleadh history winning four senior all Ireland titles will also be among the guests on Friday night's show. Making it a proper session multi-instrumentalist Alan Connor, guest fiddler with The Chieftains Tara Breen, folk singer-storyteller Daoirí Farrell and percussionist Robbie Harris will be in studio; with dancers Ruth Charles of Riverdance and Jordo and the Legs adding to the hooley! Banjo player and former Dubliner Gerry O'Connor will be paying tribute to Dubliner Barney McKenna, while multi-instrumentalist Josephine Marsh and Nigerian Segun Arkano, frontman of The Yankari Afrobeat Collective will give performances to beat the band! Also on Friday night, musicians will honour the late Johnny Duhan who passed away in November last year by performing The Voyage. Combine all that with Dublin-born comedian David Nihill and you've got a great night of music and entertainment. David had a crippling fear of public speaking and tried standup comedy in an attempt to fight his phobia. Having overcome his fear, he has gone on to become the biggest selling Irish comedian in America and joins Patrick to share his extraordinary story.  In a week that saw Elon Musk stake a claim on British politics and Donald Trump on Greenland; political podcasters Ivan Yates and Matt Cooper will join Patrick to reveal their predictions for the year ahead in global and Irish politics and how a Trump presidency will affect Ireland.

Molly Lynch will reflect on captaining Cork to a two-in-a-row All-Ireland title and Kerry's Niamh Carmody will be chatting about making it to the All-Ireland final three years in a row, to winning it in 2024, having waited 31 years to be crowned champions again.   GAA President Jarlath Burns will speak exclusively to The Late Late Show after a rollercoaster first year in office.  He will also be speaking publicly for the first time on some of the recently surfaced issues facing the GAA, and answering some of the critical questions they have raised. Two of Ireland's best-loved podcasters and presenters, The 2 Johnnies will open the show with their massive hit, When I Play for the County. They'll also chat about recent highlights, including winning a Junior B title with their local club, Cahir and reaching the number one spot with their debut album. RTÉ Sports Evanne Ní Chuilinn, author of The Great Irish Book of Gaelic Games, will be chatting about the spirit of the GAA and the volunteers up and down the country who keep the show on the road, how, having played camogie her whole life, Mothers and Others inspired her to take up football. Former Gaelic footballer and pundit, Pat Spillane will be talking about how the GAA is in his blood and is part of his identity. With the introduction of the new rules in 2025, Pat will share what he believes is the dawn of a brand new era of Gaelic Football and is very excited about all the twists and turns of this year's Championship.  Six months on from the passing of GAA commentator and national treasure Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh, Patrick will be speaking to some of Mícheál's family of his lifetime and legacy. Also, on Friday night Marty Morrissey will have a special surprise for a GAA hero, as he visits them at their club.

As the country recovers from Storm Éoywn, Patrick Kielty will have any updates on the situation and a packed show. Irish comedian, musician and delicious Tik Toker Garron Noone will sit down with Patrick tonight to talk about what a wild ride the last year has been, as well as a bit of craic and a song. Tonight, The Late Late Show will celebrate 150 years of the IRFU ahead of the Six Nations return. In his very first Late Late Show appearance, Andy Farrell sits down with Patrick Kielty and will be reflecting on his time as Ireland's Head Coach, including the back-to-back Six Nations wins, and looking to the future as he takes over the British and Irish Lions. As part of those celebrations, three of Ireland's rising rugby stars Aoife Wafer, Erin King and Craig Casey, along with legendary former player and captain, Rory Best will join Patrick. While best-selling author Paul Howard and Grand Slam winner Gordon D'Arcy will be on the show to chat about how an unlikely collaboration between the man behind the Ross O'Carroll Kelly books and Ireland's longest serving international player is now on its fourth children's book.  The Irish Women in Harmony, a collective of Irish female artists including Ruth Anne Cuningham, Erica Cody, Tolou, Aimée and Soulé, will come together on Friday night to give viewers a moving performance of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah.

From their thriving friendship and not retiring, to the state of the world and the upcoming Irish Presidential election, the two Marys will sit down with Patrick to set the world to rights. Actor and comedian Pat Shortt marks his thirtieth year on our screens in 2025. He joins Patrick to talk about his career highs and to share his memories of the late, great Jon Kenny and their beloved comedy act, D'unbelievables.  Home from the world's toughest row, Team Power Of 1's John O'Driscoll, Conor McCarthy, Daragh Kelly, Enda McNicholas and Roger McMorrow will all join Patrick tomorrow night for a Late Late Show homecoming celebration. In what was a heroic journey that had the country row in behind them, they rowed across the Atlantic Ocean from San Sebastian de La Gomera, Spain to Antigua. Team Power of 1 were raising funds for children born with congenital heart disease in Ireland in memory of John's 13-year-old daughter Saoirse, their honorary sixth crew member. The first ever Irish Gladiator, Cyclone, will also be in studio. From Wexford, Cyclone will be chatting about how she went from being a powerlifting world champion to dominating the Gladiator arena and the reaction to her debut on the hit show.  Fermanagh's The Tumbling Paddies make their return to The Late Late Show tomorrow night. Bringing their unique Trad/Pop sound, the six-piece band will perform Night on the Town. They'll also be teaming up with some audience members as their musical knowledge is put to the test in an exciting game known as 'What the Folk?'
